Menu

We create all our dishes from scratch, using the best fresh, natural ingredients we can find, with many of our stock items coming from the Minnesota-based United Natural Foods or Frontier Herbs of Iowa; for fresh fruit and vegetables we shop locally as much as possible. Natural, of course, is not synonymous with healthful, but we use mostly low-fat dairy products, natural sweeteners, and the healthiest oils and cooking methods — which is not to say you won’t find the occasional butter or cream sauce among our dishes. Knowledge is power, however, and we welcome the educated diner; feel free to ask questions about any dish. Our waitstaff is well-versed in their preparation, and Sarah Jane, Ewa or TJ can usually be found somewhere around to help you out as well.

In addition to the regular menu items that follow, we also offer a number of nightly specials.
